> ⋆ YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REUSE MY SCULPTS, TEXTURES, OR ASSETS!! THIS INCLUDES HEAD, LASHES, BODY, ETC!!

> ⋆ all of my assets and avatars are NOT to be resold, redistributed, ripped, shared, price-split, or leaked.

> ⋆ my products are NOT to be uploaded to any other sites. purchased or not. if you illegally have the file to my avatar (meaning you did not purchase) i will take legal action against you. my gumroad is the only place where my avatars can be rightfully purchased. if found leaked, stolen, ripped,or unrightfully uploaded, I will take immediate action and you will be blacklisted and DMCA’D

> ⋆ do NOT heavy edit my avatars. I should be able to look at the avatar and be able to tell that it’s my avatar. Headswaps on my models are NOT allowed.

> ⋆ do not share my avatar files with ANYONE, not even for an edit, not even for an upload. BOTH users must buy my avatar in order to upload it for another person. Price splitting between any amount of people is NOT allowed!! Sharing files even for just an upload is leaking and you will be blacklisted and banned. We do uploads in my server.

> ⋆ i no longer include quest versions. you may convert yourself though!

> ⋆ this model is for PERSONAL use only. do NOT upload my avatars as public, do NOT put my avatars in a world, do NOT share with your friends. do NOT upload or import or share onto any other website. do NOT price split. that is illegal leaking and you will be blacklisted and banned. If you see someone with my avatar and they shouldn’t have it, or if my avatars are in a world or public let me know and report them.

> ⋆ you may NOT upload to another persons account or have someone upload to your account unless they provide proof TO ME that you BOTH purchased it. you may not send my files in order to get an upload that is leaking. if you need help with uploading, contact me.

> ⋆ credit me if you use my avatars in tiktoks, streams, etc. do NOT gate keep my avatar that’s just nasty behavior.

> ⋆ any and all assets on my avatars are NOT to be mined, stolen, or reused. They are to be bought from the original creator themselves. If asset is custom made for/by me you may NOT use whatsoever.

> ⋆ no chargebacks or refunds. all products are final sale. since my products are digital, you can’t “return” or “refund” digital products. That’s not how that works. Please have unity knowledge before purchasing my products. If you don’t know how to upload, I have uploaders who can upload. if you are BANNED from my server, you may not use my models/assets

> ⋆ if you gift an avatar, you must put the recipients information. And only they get rights to the avatar. You do not get access to the model just because you bought it for them. Whoever is receiving the gift is the ONLY one allowed to use the avatar. Price splitting is NOT allowed.

> ⋆ by downloading my products you agree to my TOS. all of my products are legally copyright protected. any breach of my TOS will result in legal action. I will personally contact you with a cease and desist letter kindly advising you to remove my products. If no progress is made I will file DMCA and take legal action against you.

> ⋆ If you do not properly and correctly fill out the information in my purchasing forms, your rights to my products will be revoked. Your discord and vrchat username must be filled out correctly, and you must state that you understand my TOS. Improper information will cause your purchase to be revoked, and you lose access to my products.
